5 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Guest Services and Entertainment

As you enter this incredibly cozy home, you'll immediately feel welcomed and at home.
Gorgeous hardwood floors shine throughout this entire home. The living room has more than seating to accommodate all of your guests for movies after dinner.
Gather around the large dining table, set for 10, to play some evening cards or challenge a friend to a game of pool.
In the kitchen, the gleaming stainless steel appliances, pristine white cabinets, and dramatic patterned backsplash will tempt the family chef into creating culinary delights to share with the group. With abundant counter space and plenty of storage for all your groceries and goodies, that's easy to do here.
When you can't stay awake any longer, you'll have the choice of 5 spacious bedrooms to choose from.
On the main level, there's a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and one bedroom with a Queen-size bed.
On the second level, there are an additional 4 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 14 guests.
The master bathroom has a tub and a separate shower, and the other 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combos. All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of plush towels.
We also provide a full-size washer and dryer, a highchair, and a pack-n-play for our guests' convenience.

We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. Summary: This property served our group of 8 adults well. The location is great with good access to Forest Park, Delmar Loop and metro stations. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and very historic (fun to walk through). There was ample street parking. The gathering spaces were large and comfy; the kitchen well appointed - we chose not to cook, but had coffee and breakfast snacks each morning and that worked out well. The only complaints were the lack of ice due to a non-working ice maker in the freezer (we bought bagged ice instead) and the odd configuration of the legs of the bed frames which caused most everyone to stub a toe at least once (and my husband actually broke a toe! ouch). The beds themselves were very comfortable. But despite any inconveniences, we had a grand family reunion.
