Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The hideaway also offers an ideal starting point for bike tours, hikes through sparse forest or along the Bodden coast of Rügen. The diverse landscape can be experienced in a variety of ways. The Schaabe with its uniquely beautiful sandy beach and the dreamy pine forests is one of the most beautiful of Rügen. Glowe itself offers many opportunities to play, a surfing and sailing school, a new waterfront and the lovely little harbor.
