The first suite is a two-bedroom condo that sleeps eight guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area present a dramatic mountain view. Watch TV shows while relaxing on the queen sofa bed and light the gas fireplace for extra allure. Home chefs will be pleased to find an array of quality appliances in the kitchen, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The kitchen bar seats two and the dining table seats six. The primary suite is outfitted with a king bed and a TV. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The second suite holds two queen beds, a writing desk, and a TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. A half bath adds convenience.
The second suite is a studio that accommodates four guests. The sleeping space is furnished with two plush queen beds. The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
