2 Bedroom House with Security, Bedding and Entertainment
This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cabin awaits you! The bedrooms are upstairs. The couch in living room is a sofa bed. Cabin is nestled in pines/so much greenery and mountains. It is the perfect getaway where you can visit animals up the road including a zebra and come across elk/deer, which some even make it into our yard! Great retreat during the colder months with up to 3ft. of snow.
Great hike trails all around. Downtown Pine is fun to visit with the family and only 3 miles away. We provide wifi and Roku.
We have a doorbell security camera in the front near the entry door. It will always be on. This is in place to protect from theft and crime. We also have a camera in the garage for the same reasons. By agreeing to stay at this home and submitting payment, you are consenting to and acknowledging the use of this feature.
Please pay close attention to our cancellation policy as we cannot act as your trip insurance. The cancellation policy will be enforced.
OUTDOOR FIRE-PIT INSTRUCTIONS:
Propane Fire-pit control knob and spark igniter are mounted beneath the table in a control panel. If propane tank runs out, please contact hosts- We usually have a back up.
The laundry area is available and includes detergent. Garage is available for parking. Currently, the observatory dome outside is off limits but you are welcome to enjoy looking out of the balcony area.
The entire cabin is for you to enjoy this includes a garage and a laundry area (detergent included). A cozy backyard deck to enjoy a meal or cup of coffee. There’s a grill available for use in the backyard.
Please note that we supply start up supplies/toiletries and we do not restock after this, so please bring or buy what you will need.
The cabin is dog friendly with a fee of $80 PER DOG for the entire stay. No cats due to allergies. Dog must be house trained, friendly, up to date on shots, and guests will need to pick up after the dog (poop) around yard and neighborhood. **Please note cabin does not have a doggie door or fully gated yard.** Also, dog cannot be left alone inside the cabin and must be crate trained if you need to go somewhere without the dog. Cannot be left free roaming. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture/beds. If we find dog hair on furniture and especially on beds, you will be subject to an additional cleaning charge.
Cabin could sleep 6, prior permission must be given for any additional guests including pets.
The backyard is not fully fenced the side areas of house are not fenced, which allow elk/deer to stroll through. Please note that a cabin in the woods attracts wildlife such as elk/deer and spiders. While we try to maintain the home bug/spider free, please expect to come across one or two during your stay. I suggest constantly shaking off linens/blankets and any shoes that are left unattended. Keeping doors properly shut also helps.
Where you’ll be:
Loads of trees, wildlife, mountains and fresh breezes. Access to hiking trails, dining, shopping and can ride your quad/razor following speed limits. We allow self check in using our smart lock.
Cabin has an alternative septic system, please do not flush any other items besides light toilet paper. This includes flushable wipes, please place those in trash can. The system runs nightly around 10:00 P.M. just a heads up it may have a distinct smell if you happen to be in backyard during that time.
Please leave cabin picked up this includes throwing out all trashes in trash can outside, hand washing or placing any dirty dishes in dishwasher and starting it, and pick up games/toys. Please do not leave any open fires unattended. No fires are allowed if there is a county fire ban in place. Unregistered guests are not allowed without permission. Guest is responsible for any lost/broken items, damage and/or additional cleaning time outside of normal usage. No illegal substances on property at any time. No smoking, if this rule is violated, you will be subject to an additional cleaning charge.
