The property is equipped with exterior cameras for security when the property is vacant and for safety purposes. These cameras are not monitored during your stay unless there is a noise complaint from neighbors or if guests request us to check the footage. We respect all privacy laws.
For your convenience, we provide an initial stock of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. After this initial supply, guests will need to replenish these items themselves.

We aim to provide a clean, comfortable space for every guest. Our standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover services, including laundry, sanitizing surfaces, and general tidying up.
To help us maintain this standard and avoid additional fees, we kindly ask guests to:
1. Take out all trash and place it in the designated bins
2. Load and run the dishwasher (or hand wash used dishes)
3. Leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry basket
4. (Optional) Strip used beds and leave linens in one place.
5. Report any accidental spills or damages right away.

LONG-TERM STAY UTILITIES: $400 is covered by owner for the property for gas and electricity. If guests go over this limit it will be an additional charge. The average bill for this home is around $200 so we ask guests to please not leave on the heater or air conditioner on without being home and being reasonable. Thanks in advance!
