Positive: The location was excellent. Very close to supermarkets and highway access. Within ten minutes to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The house was updated with nice, large cabinetry, modern bathroom amenities, countertops and art. The garage and back patio (screened in) had games. There were two beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards and beach umbrella which came in handy for a day at the beach. Beds were very comfy and clean. The host was great!
Negative: Overall we enjoyed our stay, but a few things could have been better. The kitchen countertops and back patio could have used a bit more cleaning when we arrived. Cookware was adequate but limited. One bathroom also had a slow-draining shower, though the owner was very responsive and proactive in addressing it right away.
Summary: Great location and a comfortable home—great choice for a relaxed, beach-ready stay.
