Two rare sand beach areas are just a few hundred yards to the north or south and offer endless opportunity for beach combing and ocean exploring Maine style.
The Main House
Main house consists of 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor including the master suite with shower & soaking tub. The master bedroom is spacious and has broad views up and down the bay. A full bath with double sinks services the other upstairs bedrooms and a full laundry room is also located on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor features a large kitchen with granite counters & island and professional 6 burner stove and griddle & stainless appliances. The dining room offers seating for 10 + and is open to the kitchen & living room and framed by multiple bay windows with panoramic ocean views. The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating for watching a game or movie and has views to the ocean as well.
