Positive: Loveley old cottage. Pretty. Once warmed up was perfect.
Negative: 1. Old cottage with thick walls. Central heating was off. It was freezing .Took over 24 hrs to get the radiant temp warmed up. In an old building with thick walls acts as a storage heater. Had been off for some time. 2. No instructions re heating (referred to boiler no longer there). The smart meter controller had flat batteries didn't work. Agent wasprompt getting someone out. 3. No instrructions (used AI and a photo to find some on line). 4. Log burning stove: no wood or kindling. (cottage manual referred to some being provided and where to buy more). 5. TV etc no instructions. Above made it difficult in the first day until sorted out.
Summary: Mixed . Once heating sorted out perfect but old walls took over a day for cottage to heat up
