Tucked away in a beautiful residential neighborhood of East Nashville featuring historic builds and charming local businesses, the space offers up a zen filled retreat to relax in, amidst your Nashville experience. This newly constructed apartment opens into a spacious upper level layout, featuring a full kitchen with brand new appliances, a cozy living area with sleeper sofa, and an airy bedroom with a divinely comfortable king sized mattress. The surrounding location is truly a dream and walkable to dozens of local coffee and restaurant gems of the vibrant Five Points area in East Nashville.
Layout:
A staircase leads up to the main living area complete with a TV, full sized sleeper sofa, and full kitchen. There is one bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed, and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There's a security camera on the external garage door that faces the alley and door entrance.
Special Property Notes:
Enclave East is located behind the main house and attached to the garage. Please do not block the garage. The pool is not available for use. There is parking on the street. Please do not park in the alley or in the church parking lot. There is an Alexa speaker available within the unit.
Parking:
Parking is available on the parking pad directly next to the unit on the right, or there is street parking available on Holly Street and Russell Street.

A prime East Nashville location that's walkable to the beloved Five Points neighborhood! Here and all throughout East Nashville you can experience some of the city's best restaurants, bars, shopping and more! Check out our favorites, Bongo Java for breakfast and coffee, and Five Points Pizza for the best "slice" in town!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
