Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This enchanting little home has so much character and yard space this is the perfect place for someone needing to unwind or just have a quaint spot for a night or two on your way through. It is fully equipped with washer/dryer, stove, refridgerator and microwave. This home does only have one bedroom (King bed), but there is a sofa bed in the living room as well for those who have extra guests.
This home is located in a small neighborhood just steps away from the gorgeous Windsor Lake! There is a walking trail that wraps around the lake you are free to walk on, and a perfect way to start or end the day.
Windsor has so much to offer, and from this house you can walk to many of my favorite restaurants, a brewery, as well as several parks. The lake has paddleboarding, a sand volleyball court, and a playground for the kids. There are ubers/lyfts available too if you do wish to venture further.
There is a new complex, FUTURE LEGENDS, just 2mi or 6min drive away that has minor league baseball, sand volleyball courts you can reserve/play on, soccer, pickleball, and so much more.
Pelican Lakes & Falls golf course is moments away as well if you love golf like we do. The Falls is only 9 holes, while Lakes is 18; however, the Falls is my favorite. The longest course in the world also calls this place home, RainDance Golf Resort, with over 8000 yards of playable space.
