Our very magnificent and spacious Loft of 250 m2 with a huge luscious roof-garden is situated in the historical center.
Our family was the first one to start living in this industrial building and transformed it into a modern Loft over the years. All the art, furniture, books, photos and other industrial items are collected carefully in order to create a very exclusive ambiance.

Situated with view on a quit and green city-square, opposite of the Dutch national Bank, and a few steps away to the canals, guests can enjoy a variety of afternoon activities and after that enjoy the sunset from the private huge roof-garden.
Within 30 seconds walk, you are in the hotspots of the trendy Utrechtsestraat where you can find many nice restaurants, shops, coffee companies and everything you will need for your daily groceries.
Many hotspots are in walking distance: the Royal Theater Carré, the Ballet & Opera House “Stopera”, the Hermitage-, van Gogh- and the Rijksmuseum are just some examples.
Public transport is very close and if needed we can arrange a private driver for you.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, jacuzzi and separately the shower and the toilet. Washing machine and dryer are available.
