Welcome to a seaside home that has been enjoyed by five generations of the same family! Walk in the front door and you're in Grandma's House. (Her portrait is at the top of the stairs.) To your right is a large living room with a fireplace. Beyond the living room is a screened porch for warm weather gatherings.
To your left is the dining room which comfortably seats 8 around an oval table. Be as elegant or as informal as suits your style. Beyond the Dining Room is the sunny den with TV hooked up to YouTube for a wide range of channels.
The large, remodeled kitchen is at the back of the house including a breakfast nook.
Upstairs you will find 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. "Master Suite A" with ensuite bath and queen bed, looks out over the garden to the ocean beyond. Two more bedrooms, one single one queen, share a bathroom between them. Another single room has its own bath across the hall. At the end of the house is "Master Suite B" with a full, private bath, gas stove, and balcony looking across the gardens to the ocean. A sixth bedroom with full bath and full-size bed is on the ground floor beyond the kitchen.
