This magnificent lakeside country house is located on tranquil Lac d’Argent in Eastman, QC (in the Eastern Townships), a village at the foot of majestic Mont Orford.
The country chalet is the ideal place to gather with family or friends.
With lake access in the Summer and easy proximity to Skiing in the Winter, the chalet truly offers something for everyone regardless of the season.
On the first floor, you will find an open concept living room and dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. The wood fireplace and the heated floor provide extra comfort. In front of the house, a breathtaking view of Lac d’Argent is offered from the 3-season solarium. Several board games are at your disposal to offer you a superb evening in front of the lake.
Upstairs, you will find a bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms each furnished with a queen bed. Another room is designed as an office (work desk and 2 single beds provided) and is perfect for remote work needs. A pedal boat and two kayaks are at your disposal. Motorized boats are prohibited on Lac d'Argent, a guarantee of tranquility.
