Positive: Due to delayed flight we missed the last connecting train so we only arrived in the middle of the night. Our host, Anna, was extremely emphatic and helpful and she even offered us a ride as it was very difficult to find a taxi. Thank you so much. The room looks better than on the pictures. It's cosy, well equipped and homey. The location is good, only a 5 minute walk from the train station. There's also a pretty good bakery within 3 minutes. As we booked this place 3 days before the trip, the price was significantly cheaper here than anything in Como. I recommends it to anyone who wants to be near the lake.
Negative: The room was cold, that's all I can mention.
