The Space:
There’s no better place to experience the magic of the galaxy as we are on the threshold of expanding our reach in space. The night sky is darker and stars are brighter in Landers due to its elevation a few hundred feet higher than Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree. You won’t believe it until you see it, but try to count all the stars in the sky… It’s almost impossible!

Located on an expansive 5-acre property in the peaceful desert, Dreamscape has everything you need for a relaxing getaway from the city. Wake up to a cup of coffee or tea in our outdoor patio with comfortable seating and a breathtaking view that goes for miles into the mountain ranges. Restore yourself under the warm desert sun in the chaise lounge chairs. Find shapes in the clouds! At night, Edison lights create a romantic atmosphere for a special dinner - whether it’s a special occasion or not - we won’t tell. Watch dreamy, colorful sunsets sitting beside our propane fire pit surrounded by Acapulco chairs — the perfect place to gather and discuss the unexplainable wonders of the world often attributed to beings from other galaxies. Or if you wish to venture off the property, you can explore local popular attractions like the Integratron, Giant Rock, Le Petite restaurant, and much more!
INDOORS:
Inside, neutral tones, natural fibers and materials, and a minimalist design allows the incredible landscaping to serve as ever-changing art. As the sun rises and sets, new colors and details emerge to be appreciated while pondering the idea of belonging - how things and people change with the passing of time and the curiosity of differing opinions and alternate dimensions. Dreamscape allows for thought and ideas to run wild and free just like its surroundings.
SLEEPING:
The chic bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed with its own en-suite full bathroom. If you’re bringing the kids along or have a couple of friends staying with you, our couch conveniently converts into a Full-sized sofa bed comfortably sleeping up to 4 people in total.
FEATURES:
This is a Smart Home equipped with e-locks for self check-in, smart TV, solar powered outdoor lights, and fastest wifi in Landers thanks to STARLINK. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped with all of your cooking and travel necessities.
LOCATION:
For almost half a century, Landers has been known to its residents as "the land of 1000 vistas," and it won’t take you long to realize why. Originally settled in the early 20th century by prospectors looking for gold, it wasn’t until the 1940’s - 1970’s that the area became famous for otherworldly reasons including construction of the nearby Integratron - a structure claimed to be built under the instruction of beings from Venus capable of anti-aging, anti-gravity and time travel, and Giant Rock - the largest freestanding boulder in the world with the strongest magnetic field on this side of the Western Hemisphere!

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis and dog owners must agree to our pet rules before we can approve. Please keep in mind we are in the desert so don’t be alarmed to find a wild furry friend (or foe!) passing through. Our outdoor area is not fenced, so always keep an eye on them when outside. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please let us know when you make a reservation if you are bringing any dogs and how many. Please see our House Rules for more information.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Follow the county's Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
BUMPY ROAD:
Please note that the dirt road to our home is a bit bumpy since it’s not maintained by the county. Cars with 2-wheel drive is just fine. We just want to give you a heads up to drive slowly when you turn onto the road.
HOT TUB:
Our 4-person hot tub is set to 104 degrees.
**WIFI:
Please note that we are very remote! While we have the fastest wifi in the area with STARLINK. We cannot guarantee WiFi speeds or connectivity due to outages, neighborhood bandwidth usage, or factors outside of our control due to the WiFi provider.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered tortoises & kangaroo mice. Please note that the backyard is not enclosed. Please use caution when outside, especially at nights with any pets and children.
NO SMOKING:
This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises by 10pm. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, peaceful nights and starry skies...
DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:
Our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through SUPERHOG after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable $500 deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver that covers any damage up to $500. Guests will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG via text with a URL link to start the verification process.
LACK OF CELLULAR COVERAGE:
You will notice that cell service is hard to come by in our secluded desert setting. Don't worry—consider it an invitation to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty around you. We recommend planning ahead to make the most of this serene escape from the digital world.
