Summary: This home is lovely and beautifully situated in a nature preserve neighborhood that is less than a mile from the beach. The home had all that we needed to be comfortable. I love my espresso in the morning and the house has a coffee maker and a Nespresso.The rooms are large and nicely furnished but the back porch off the kitchen was the place we relaxed when not out swimming, biking, going to the beach, etc. The golf cart was nice to have but the weather was perfect for walking everywhere so we mostly did that. The bikes were good for short jaunts to the grocery or into Seaside for pastries at the Black Bear. The neighborhood is fun with a heated lap pool that we used most days, a nature trail to the beach, and two open play pickleball courts. We completely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and lovely neighborhood.
