- Primary bedroom fully appointed with queen-sized bed, separate dressing room & walk-in closet, and ensuite bath w/ dual vanities & large, sleek, glass enclosed, stand-up shower
- Guest bedrooms include custom nightstands w/ stylish lamps, a queen-sized bed, closet, and luggage rack
- Designer guest bath with large vanity for your toiletries and soaker tub (outfitted w/ shampoo, conditioner, & body wash)
- Fully equipped kitchen includes: Stainless Steel Appliances (fridge, gas range, microwave, & dishwasher), electric tea kettle (w/ herbal teas), coffee maker (w/ regular & decaf), toaster oven, and full stock of meal prepping & dining supplies (pots, pans, cooking utensils, and plates & bowls)
- Picturesque, enclosed stone front porch perfect for getting some fresh air while looking out over the large front yard
- Stone brick back patio with outdoor seating for 4. It’s perfect for relaxing & enjoying some time outdoors with your family & friends
- Parking for two cars on gravel lot at the end of the driveway with additional street parking available for extra cars. Please do not park on the driveway as it is a shared driveway.
*Additional Tiny Home Rental located at back of the property has separate parking and separate outdoor space. Both units can be rented together for accommodations for 8-10 people or separately as Tiny Home sleeps 2 (1 bedroom) and Main House sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms).
Guest Access:
Main entry into the home will be through the back patio door, not the front door. Guests should use that electronic lock as their primary entry & exit.
The Neighborhood:
This home sits just a short distance from one of Atlanta’s coolest neighborhoods for artists and young families, East Atlanta Village. With its many eateries and pubs, there is no shortage of things to do locally! If you're down for a quick 5 minute drive, you can access some of Atlanta's best hotspots in nearby Glenwood Park, Reynoldstown or Cabbagetown! One of Atlanta's most popular attractions, the Beltline, is easily accessible from any of these neighborhoods where you'll find beautiful street art, the iconic Krog Street Tunnel, and many eateries and attractions... not to mention, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk, run, bike, or scooter ride. We’re just a few blocks from Brownwood Park (perfect for picnics and play time). Also, just a short walk away at the corner of Ormewood Ave & Moreland is Ormewood Square which has a few delicious restaurants & shops of its own! In addition to some wonderful walkable amenities, this home and location is a quick drive to all of Atlanta’s other top neighborhoods and attractions.
Anywhere you want to go in Atlanta is a quick 5 to 20 min drive. With proximity to Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, only 15 mins away, this is the perfect location for any one in town for a short or long trip. With easy access to Highway 20, you can make it to any location in Atlanta generally within 20 minutes (without traffic). Many of Atlanta's most popular attractions like: Zoo Atlanta, Fox Theater, Midtown, Peachtree City, Five Points, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philips Arena, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Georgia Tech, Atlanta Medical Center, Buckhead, Lenox Square, Georgia State University, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Emory Hospital, Grady Hospital, Piedmont Hospital are all easily accessible!

There are several amenities available within walking distance from this home (see location section for details). There’s even space to securely store bikes if you choose to bring them, as well. We’re also just a short drive to all of Atlanta’s attractions and hotspots with ridesharing services Lyft and Uber available.

Please note, we DO NOT allow for EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS because our homes are occupied with guests back to back.
