Positive: Location was perfect for me and the price was good for London location like that but it should have been cheaper for what was actually delivered

Negative: Poor WiFi speed Shared toilet was far far too small, I had great difficulty sitting on the toilet, also nearly ran out of toilet paper Bedroom 15 is way too small and getting into and out of the room was awkward because you have to manoeuvre the door around the internal wall cabinet to make space to get past The bed was way too soft and gave me a sore back The digital keypad entry system on my bedroom door handle was difficult to operate and if you made a mistake, you had to wait some time before trying again which meant you were stuck outside the room… this was made all the worse when you had to leave your room to goto the shared toilet in middle of night. Common stairwells were shabby with dirty carpets and in need of some decoration/painting. There are obstacles in stairwells that are hazards for emergency escapes (stools and bin and cupboards) The shared shower is down 2 flights of the narrow common stairwell and was too small to take clean clothes etc for getting yourself cleaned, dried and into clean clothing. It also looked very shabby and dissuaded me from using it.

Summary: Fair price for the area but insufficient facilities for comfort
