We, Ute and Alfred Matheis, look forward to your visit! Our vacation apartment is located on a quiet residential street in Bad Kreuznach-Winzenheim, just a two-minute walk from the vineyards. The first-floor apartment is modernly furnished and offers plenty of space for families, couples, and friends.

Bad Münster am Stein, home to the Rotenfels, is about 15 minutes away, while Bingen, Rüdesheim, and the Upper Middle Rhine Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site are about 20 minutes away.

On-site costs: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary.Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of €10 per pet per night.The tourist tax of 3.50 € per person per night is included in the price.
Check-in is from 12:00 to 19:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
