Damage or extra cleaning charges attributable to pets shall be charged to you, together with a fine of $100 per day with a minimum of $500. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture.

• Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
• Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
