Summary: The location is somewhat a consideration. This was an older neighborhood with many properties a couple streets over that were in disrepair and vacant. The immediate vicinity was ok, but not great. The cleanliness was average. Our main concern was the doors to the apartment. The only lock was the coded lock. The doorknob did not even have a lock leaving us feeling uncomfortable as anyone with the code could get in. The back door had been damaged which contributed to our uncomfortable feeling. Also, we were unable to easily watch tv, as the Roku apps were locked down to where we couldn’t stream anything at all, even from our phones.
