Come stay at our cute, recently renovated home located 5 minutes from the Historic East Village and the Iowa State Fairgrounds. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a formal dining room, living room, free off-street parking behind the house, and a full kitchen will be the perfect place for a Des Moines getaway! Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a full meal.
The Space:
Most rooms of this house are on the first floor. We have a kitchen, eat in dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, office, and bathroom on the main floor. Downstairs, we have an additional bedroom and the laundry room. There's a total of 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed (lofted). We also have a sofa that folds down into a bed and an air mattress.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a train that runs through the neighborhood so please be aware that there may be some noise from that.
