Located in Fintry, British Columbia. We are located in between Vernon and Kelowna . It’s a quite and peaceful neighborhood. Our small community is super friendly with helpful neighbours , giving you that welcoming feel. The house is located only steps away from the neighborhood beach .
If you happen to forget the beach toys or games feel free to borrow what we have in the outdoor box .
This property has MORE than enough room to park a large boat and even a couple vehicles.
This property has a Cherry and Plum tree out front , so PLEASE feel free to eat what you like .
We have a large private back yard that is completely fenced off , giving you tons of privacy and making it easier to entertain small children, without the worries of the little ones running out onto the road .
There’s a large private covered deck that is shaded with an outdoor 60” Smart TV.
It has access doors to the kitchen, laundry room , and the master bedroom .
Feel free to entertain yourself or the family to the outdoor games or indoor board games, there’s a good selection to choose from .
The Kitchen is honestly one of the most FULLY equipped kitchens you’ll find (THIS coming from someone who has used vacation rentals in North and South America ) So there’s no worries on needing to bring things from home !!
The cell service and fiber optic internet here are great . Never had any issues with either one .
Fintry, Provincial Park is only a couple minutes away . It shares the same road as the neighborhood . It has a beautiful waterfall, playground , walking trails , campsites , another boat launch, and beach .
It is suggested to go grocery shopping in Kelowna or Vernon before coming to the property.
Save On Foods does grocery and wine delivery. May need to book in advance, prior to checking in.
-5 minutes from La Casa Resort (Headed towards Kelowna) has a small convenient store stocked with your household basics, liquor, a great selection of wine, and a restaurant. Be aware that you will be paying convenient prices.
