This beautiful home features a gas fireplace with cozy sitting area in the living room, plus the house is heated by mini-split heat pump technology.
The signature spiral staircase takes you to three upstairs bedrooms. The master has spectacular views of the beach and ocean, while the other bedrooms have panoramic views of Mt. Tamalpais. The house features a separate, fully equipped indoor-outdoor bar lined with old redwood and surrounded by sand. The house fronts an expansive dune system with private beach seating overlooking the white sand and ocean. This home has a Tesla charger, and a gas grill. One Dog Allowed.
