Welcome to Crash Pad! This newly renovated two-story home is the perfect spot for your getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Nestled right off Nelson-151, this spot is minutes from dozens of award wining wineries and breweries. This home features 3 bedrooms, large living space, a game room, hot tub, firepit and more!
Below is a breakdown of the house layout. Crash Pad is a split-level layout:
UPPER FLOOR:
(Living/Dining/Kitchen are open concept)
LIVING - Sofa, smart TV, bench, armchair, and coffee table.
DINING - Dining table for 5, plus bar seating for an additional 3 guests.
KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances (dishwasher, electric range, French door refrigerator, drip coffee maker, and microwave).
DECK - Hot tub and outdoor dining table for 6.
BATHROOM 1 - Half bath off of living room.
BEDROOM 1 - King bed, nightstands with lamps, sound machine, full-length mirror, walk-in closet with storage. A pack-n-play is available in the walk-in closet.
BATHROOM 2 - Double vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, all toiletries provided (shampoos, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion).
LOWER FLOOR:
GAME ROOM - Ping pong table, smart TV, and bench seating.
LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and dryer located off Game Room.
BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed, nightstands, lamps with USB chargers, sound machine, dresser, full-length mirror, and closet.
BEDROOM 3 - 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamp, and large walk-in closet with dresser.
BATHROOM 2 - Single vanity, tub/shower combo, toilet, all toiletries provided (shampoos, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion), and full-length mirror.
OUTSIDE - Firepit with seating for 8.
NOTE: This is a split level home. In order to get to the upper and lower floors, you must go up or down a short flight of stairs. Towels are provided for the hot tub.
