This pet-friendly home is perfect for some fun in the sun, tranquil evenings watching the sunset, or whatever floats your boat. You will take home plenty of great memories. There is a fenced in yard to keep kids and pets contained. If you like to grill, you are in luck. There is a pit smoker and a grill and you can follow that up with some s'mores over the fire pit. There are two decks to enjoy the beautiful scenery and a boat ramp just a short walk away. The home has 2 levels, but the bottom floor is garage and a private storage/ bedroom . Only the upper level is rentable.
This is a non-smoking home. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen, and the other has 2 full-sized beds. There is a large, comfy couch if more sleeping room is needed. Come and enjoy!!! (3 night minimum stay for holidays). Pets are welcome, but there is a $125 fee for them.. one or 2 dogs.

Summary: Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The grounds were well maintained and attractive... access to water was excellent as we were able to put our peddle kayaks in from the dock with no problems. The surrounding coves were fun to explore and held pockets of fish. View from balcony was nice as well. The accomodations were decorated with cute and appropriate accessories. The bedrooms were clean and roomy. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. I struggled a bit with the small kitchen area. Everything was functional but there were no bowls or plates (besides a few paper plates) and i found a lipstick mark on one of the glasses.... (maybe the dishwasher had a bad day? ) There was not an exhaust fan over the stove to help move the cooking air out. I removed one of the "air fresheners" as it had an overwhelming strong odor...... the room was fine after that with no unpleasant smells. I don't know if the outside grill worked but it needed a little TLC before it could be used. There were family games and cards available and plenty of seating for a larger group. A lot of nice touches in general! Thank you for your hospitality!
