This 3rd-floor apartment features:
- A luminous SITTING AREA with a super cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove for relaxing downtime moments at home. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow lots of natural sunlight to penetrate the space and can be opened up to let in the fresh mountain air.
- A DINING AREA off the living room that has a lovely wood table to seat 4 guests for relaxing sit-down meals at home with laughter and good conversation.
- A KITCHEN with appliances and the cookware that you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus extras like a coffee maker to get the day started and a dishwasher for easy cleanups!

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed but must have approval before booking. Rules and an extra fee apply.
Interaction with Guests:
Please notify us of your arrival time. Check-in time starts at 4 pm. Please proceed directly to the apartment; someone will meet you there to let you in, show you around, and provide you with the keys. If you’ll be arriving after 10 pm, just note it is €40 extra euros per hour for any check-in after 10 pm.
