This house has plenty of space for a family with kids! Convenient for anyone who do not like walking up and down the stairs - Bathroom, master bedroom & office are all on the 1st floor!
We value quality products to make your stay as comfortable as possible:
- All memory foam mattresses and pillows are in allerease protectors for allergy and bedbug protection
-All 100% cotton towels and cotton sheets. Master queen bed has 680 thread count sheets, and all others are organic sheets from Pottery Barn.
-Disinfecting cleaning products are effective against coronavirus and do not have harsh chemicals.
House layout:
Walk into an open living room with comfortable, big sectional & dining room space for 6. Watch your shows on the 55" Smart TV with Roku. On the 1st floor is the kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom & kitchen.
You'll find a brand new kitchen & bath with modern designs.
Master bedroom has Queen memory foam mattress with memory foam pillows on top of 680 thread count sheets. Note: the office and twin daybed space is connected to the master bedroom with a private door.
Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom with a full bed and a twin XL bed with Pottery Barn sheets & duvets - great for kids! All beds are also memory foam mattress with memory foam pillows. Central AC & Heat, but extra space heater & window AC provided since some rooms may feel different.
New Samsung washer & dryer are in the basement.

For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us.
The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.
You will have access to the entire house except the garage. It is too small & connects to the basement.

Oakley is a popular neighborhood for shopping, breweries, restaurants, and any young family with pets! It is convenient to shopping & highway 71, 562 Norwood lateral. It is also close to the well known Hyde Park. It is just minutes away to Wasson Trail, parks, and all the restaurants Hyde Park has to offer!
Parking is along the street in front of the house. The older homes have small garages that are too small to fit a car. There are stairs from the sidewalk to the house.
No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds.
No shoes inside on the carpet. any stains will incur $300 carpet cleaning fee.
Strict early check in and late check out fees apply. Please coordinate ahead of time. Otherwise, $50/30 min late fee will be charged. Thanks!
