THE SPACE
This newly renovated townhome boasts a stylish mountain modern interior with all the comforts of home! The living area provides ample space for unwinding after an adventurous day with an electric fireplace for an extra cozy feel.
The spacious kitchen features new countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is well equipped for preparing any simple or elaborate. In the warmer summer months, grill up a feast for the family on the back deck, enjoy an after-dinner stroll to the local park, or take a walk down the Rio Grande Trail for fresh mountain air and a peek at the picturesque Mt. Sopris.
On the upper level, the master bedroom suite with a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, vanity and desk area, and lovely views is a welcome respite. The fresh, modern décor continues into the en suite bathroom with newly tiled shower and bright clean cabinetry.
Two additional comfortably furnished bedrooms are available on the upper level, both with queen beds. The lower level is designed as a private retreat with media room, bedroom with a plush queen bed, and bathroom. There is also a queen pullout sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
