Bring your family and friends to our cozy cottage located in the new Tim's Ford Lakeside community, The Reserve at Holiday Landing! Enjoy lounging on the screened-in porch, creating meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and relaxing in our soft, clean, white bedding.
Enjoy a stroll or a roll with the golf cart*, on the paved walking/cart path down to Holiday Landing Marina. Roast marshmallows in the community fire pit, and explore the local trail around the neighborhood.
The main floor is an open and spacious living/kitchen/dining area with a screened-in back porch and gas fireplace. The master suite with king bed on the main floor has a bathroom equipped with his/her vanities, and a large stand-up shower. In addition, there is a half bath, and full-size washer/dryer on the main floor. The upstairs sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with 2 twins), a loft with a sofa bed, and a large full bath. The bonus room includes multiple seating areas for the entire family to relax and enjoy your favorite movies on a 65" Smart TV! The home features many family-friendly board games, puzzles and cards, a ring toss game, and corn hole. There is a separate, covered patio below the back deck for chillin' and grillin'. The layout is PERFECT for gatherings with family and friends!!

The Reserve is a brand new development that overlooks beautiful Tim's Ford Lake and Holiday Landing Marina. There is only one way in/out, so the tree-lined street is a quiet and safe environment.
You may walk the neighborhood or use the golf cart (subject to signed liability waiver). You may park up to 4 vehicles on the driveway. Please do not park on the street or in the grass.
There is a boat ramp at Holiday Landing Marina, free first come first served boat slips as well as boats available for rent. Jet skis are available at Tim's Ford Jet Ski Rental, and can be delivered to the available free boat day-slips. Enjoy the famous Blue Gill Grill restaurant at the marina for food, drinks, and live music from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
