Summary: The home is good and clean, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The things that prevented this from being a great place for us were 1) Lack of shampoo and body soap for showers 2) The grill did not work and I could not reach the owner which impacted an important family dinner 3). We had a potential serious safety issue with the gas range that had a burner that indicated off but allowed gas to flow.4) The general condition of the home is good but the paint is nicked and faded throughout the home.
