A 1960’s home with its interior converted to a modern farmhouse located 1 mile from beautiful Lake Cumberland.
The entire home is included with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. It’s cozy and spacious, making it perfect for an entire family and friends to gather together.
Living Space:
Step inside and you’ll be greeted by an inviting interior, complete with comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The main living space is designed for people to gather and be able to spend quality time with one another. The second living room is spacious with a large sectional and a 65” 4K Apple TV.
Kitchen amenities:
The Kitchen includes a double door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, coffee pot, and electric stove-top oven. These are all surrounded by a granite countertop seated with four barstools. The Kitchen is well stocked.
Laundry:
Whirlpool Front Load Washer and Dryer are located downstairs in the unfinished attached garage.
Bathrooms:
The upstairs includes one full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo with single vanity and a half bath. One full bathroom including bathtub/shower combo with single vanity downstairs.
Bedrooms:
Three small bedrooms located on the main floor include ceiling fans with adjustable lighting and fan speeds. Two of the queen beds have memory foam mattress toppers and the third bed is a pillow top mattress. All three bedrooms are equipped with nightstands on each side of the bed. All three bedrooms have a closet containing a suitcase stand and a hanging rack with hangers provided. Every bedroom is equipped with black-out curtains and a sound machine to ensure a good nights rest.
***Pack-n-play is located in the closet of the first bedroom. Please bring your own sheets for the pack-n-play.
Basement Space:
The basement contains twin bunk beds with memory foam mattress toppers and a queen size futon with a large television for the kids to enjoy.
**While we suggest 10 guest, we also provide a queen size air mattress that is located in the closet of the first room on the right that you can set up in the basement to have 11-12 guests. Please make sure to note all guest that will be staying when booking.
This cozy retreat has all modern amenities to make you and your family feel right at home including High-Speed WiFi, Apple TV on a 65” 4k TV, and Youtube TV.
Guests have access to the entire home (besides the locked doors in the basement that are used for storage), and the backyard. The detached garage is also not available for use at this time.
*** We have keypad locks for the entryway of this home to offer a contact free stay. Guests will be provided with their unique access code the morning of their arrival.
Please note that there are 7 steps leading to the front door. In an effort make it easier for guests to get in the home we have built handrails to help assist.
This is a privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances or household items/systems may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds (full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations) unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. We will address repairs to the best of our ability, so please remain in touch with your guest contact about any issues that arise and any damages that may occur during your stay. We thank you for your understanding if any of these inconveniences may occur during your stay. The home will be inspected upon your departure and any damages or missing items noted will be charged for the immediate repair/replacement.
Please also note that this is a private home, not a hotel. We provide a starter package of toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and some cleaning supplies. However, this may not last you the entire stay and you will be responsible for providing the remainder of the supplies.
This property is located in a residential area and it’s very important to us that you’re respectful of our neighbors. We have wonderful neighbors and we want to keep them satisfied as well! Therefore, we ask our guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 11:00 PM-8:00 AM. It’s also important to note that being in a residential area you may hear neighbors mowing their yards and hosting family gatherings as well. We have a lawn service that comes once a week (typically on Tuesday’s, weather permitting) to mow our yard any time between 9:00 AM-10:00 AM.
*Netflix/ Hulu/ Amazon Prime can all be accessed on any of the Smart TV’s via guests credentials only.
