Summary: Our host was wonderfully communicative. The unit was prepared and comfortable for our family of four (parents 7yo 4yo). It was on the older side with some cosmetic flaws, but it was otherwise decent. The property grounds were clean and easy to navigate, with the beach steps away as described. We used the coin laundry twice, and it cleaned our clothes quickly. The pool was not heated, but that was never advertised as such. There are two great restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance, which was a pleasant surprise. All around, lovely trip.
