Relax and unwind in a Unique casita with sweeping red rock and city views. Sip a cool drink by the pool, play a game of pickleball on your very own court, corn hole, or light a fire on a calm desert evening to enjoy the city lights. With sleeping arrangements for up to 6, this spacious guest suite has a private entrance. The pool area is a shared with the owner's family and also heated in the winter months for enjoyment year round. Enjoy selections of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies.
The space
The space has a living room with electric fireplace, television, futon sofa, an additional sleeping chair that converts into a single bed.
There is a table for four, but we provide dishes and glassware for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare meals or bake something special. We provide basic spices oils, condiments, sugar, and drink such as tea, coffee, and cocoa.
The bathroom has a full-size tub, hairdryer and bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The bedroom has a king size bed and another television. We provided Netflix for free of charge. The televisions are smart and you are able to log into any subscription you have. We also have a double/queen air mattress that is located in the bedroom closet for two additional guest.
There are ample USB charging ports throughout the Casita in the living room and bedroom.

The location is five minutes from downtown Washington city and I 15 highway access. Zion national Park is approximately 30 minutes drive.

Guest must be able to walk up and down a flight stairs to access the unit.
The entrance is private, and the Pool area is access through a private gate.

Parking is located on the street on the left-hand side of the home. If you will have more than one vehicle, please reach out to me to coordinate parking locations.
