What's more perfect that enjoying that cabin in the woods feel with all of the amenities of a full home? This cute and cozy cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms AND is literally steps from the main lake and marina in the community and about a 10 minute walk to the main beach/pool. There is a beautiful screened in porch to sit on and enjoy the cool, fresh air. This home has a wonderful open floor plan with a floor to ceiling fireplace for those cool nights. There is a fire pit in the yard, games for the family and a nice family room in the full, finished basement. Fun for the whole family playing air hockey or poker in the spacious lower level of this home. Need more space, contact us as there is an adjoining property that is for rent too! Enjoy your friends and family with the privacy of your own home!
This private, gated, secured community has adventures for all 4 seasons, from biking, hiking, swimming, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, skating and more. Sit on the beach and enjoy the tiki bar, enjoy cocktails and a fabulous meal at Bistro on the green, overlooking the 9-hole PGA golf course. Play mini golf, tennis, racquetball, basketball, baseball/softball, do a craft at the art center or just relax. We have it all.
******Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking.This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $40 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 3 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
