We are within a few miles distance from world class breweries, bars, restaurants, Wells Fargo Arena, the Civic Center, and miles of walking and biking trails surrounding Gray's Lake!
The space
Our home features a newly renovated space featuring a full kitchen with all of the amenities, a full bath with a bathtub and a shower, 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen, an unfinished basement set up with tv area, yoga area, and kid's play area as well as a laundry room and second tuck under stairs bathroom. We also provide a self inflating queen sized air mattress to accommodate 2 additional guests.
Our sunroom is filled with live plants and has a cheerful and colorful vibe, somewhere you will love to come home to at the end of the day as well as curl up with a hot cup of coffee in the morning.
The backyard boasts a wonderful oasis of lush green plants and huge oak trees where you'll love to spend time, soaking up a bit of peaceful nature right in the middle of the city. We have string lights set up on a timer in the front yard as well as back for your extra special touch of nighttime ambiance.
