The Finca Silencioso is a charming country house located on a hill, near the village of Montuïri. In the middle of nature with spectacular views of the countryside from Mallorca.
It is a spacious house with lots of light attack, done with taste for detail.
The house is located on a plot of 12,000 m² and a total area of 120 m². When you enter into the house you find yourself in a spacious, open area with large windows and lots of light. It is divided with comfortable sofas, and one sofa bed for two children. The modern kitchen has all the utensils for easy cooking.
There are two tables with chairs, from there you have direct access to the two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. The bathrooms have heated floors.
Upon entering the large terrace you can enjoy the stunning panoramic views over the countryside.
The whole house has central heating, air conditioning (hot / cold) and internet access and a safe. All windows of the villa are equipped with insect protection and with wooden shutters.
Situation
The Finca Silencioso is located in the center of the island called "El Pla", just 3 km away from Montuïri. There you can do your daily shopping. The weekly market takes place every Monday on the "Carrer Major," opposite the church.
Montuïri is one of the oldest towns of Mallorca, built on a hill in the XIII century. The distance from the Palma Airport to the house is 29 km.
Exterior
Thanks to the unique surroundings, the house has a spectacular view of the countryside of Montuïri.
The exterior of the house has a veranda with two small tables and chairs, where you can enjoy your assumed breakfast, or where you can read your favorite book.
In the rear of the house there is a large terrace where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The terrace has a table with chairs and couches, where you can enjoy absolute freedom.
