It is maintained regularly by a gardener. The property is located 5 km from the town of Magliano in Toscana, surrounded by walls of the fifteenth century. It is 20 minutes drive from the beaches of 'Giannella' and 30 minutes from the Argentario with its beaches and reefs odds where you can reach the island of Giglio with an hour of navigation (regular service). In the garden there is a barbecue and a wood burning oven. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with fireplace, a kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, freezer and dishwasher-réfriférateur.A studio with satellite TV and DVD player, a bathroom with washing machine.
