KK’S Kottage was completely remodeled in 2015 but retains the 1925 charm of old time Mount Dora. You will be very close to the heart of downtown. This quiet, private location is less than one block off Donnelly St. in charming Mount Dora, Florida. The bead board ceilings and kitchen cabinetry set the tone of this early 1900's beauty. Everything from floor to ceiling has been updated in the Kottage. Another great feature of this property is plenty of room for RV or boat storage. The cottage was purchased from its original owner in 2015 and has a great deal of history associated with it. Includes CABLE TV and HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection. This is a cute cottage with a full bath, full kitchen and washer / dryer for light loads. Small storage for bicycles, personal items, etc.. Mount Dora is a wonderful waterfront town with great restaurants, shopping, walking, small theatre and many annual Festivals.

Summary: The Cottage was comfortable, clean, quiet and has just about everything for a great visit. Not sure if body wash or shower soap was included, but nothing there. Showered with hand soap which worked. It’s about a mile to the historic district, so bring your walking shoes. I give it 5 stars because it met my needs.
