Country house with fabulous views of the Sierra Tejeda and Almijara natural park. From the pool you can see the villages of Cómpeta and Canillas de Albaida and the summit of the maroma.
It is located 2.1 km from the town, being paved the entire route except 200 meters of lane in very good condition.
The house, located on a private plot of 2700 meters, has a large parking lot of 400 meters, a terrace of 150 meters and an 8 * 4 pool. Its interior distribution consists of: living room with fireplace and T.V led 42 'with satellite dish, fully equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, stereo .. three bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom en suite, a second with two single beds, and a third with three single beds, is completed with another bathroom and an outside toilet.
The house has all the amenities, including mosquito nets on all windows, ceiling fans, heating in bedrooms, a large barbecue outside and cancels at the door of the plot.
How to get there: Access to Competa can be done from:
Malaga on the N-340 motorway direction Motril / Almeria, take exit 277: Algarrobo / Caleta de Vélez and climb on the MA-104/111 road, passing Algarrobo and Sayalonga. Cómpeta is located about 16 kilometers from the coast.
From Almeria / Nerja towards Málaga, we must take exit 285 Torrox / Cómpeta and go up the MA-137 road for about 14 kilometers
