Fisherman's Landing Cottage #4 ~located right off of AL Highway 67 in Langston, AL less than 1 mile from one the nicest boat launches (South Sauty Creek) around on Lake Guntersville.
Come and sit on the porch to start your day with coffee and listen to the birds. Coming to Guntersville to fish, hunt, hike, see the bald eagles, or just relax and unplug? This is the place for you.
Our cozy & rustic cabin has 848 square feet that takes you back to simpler times. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms and 1 full size bathroom that sleep up to 4 adults. You'll have your very own kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and living room to relax and watch tv.
We now have wifi for your convenience.

You'll also have a 16' x 36' covered shelter to park your vehicle or your boat. It is equipped with lights and electrical and water hook ups.
You'll have access to the Fisherman's Landing pavilion where you can hang out and relax or enjoy your dinner on at one of our picnic tables. You will also be able to use our fish cleaning station while staying with us.
What we provide: We provide all bed linens and towels for you during your stay. We also provide you with a basic starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bag, and laundry detergent. If you are staying for multiple day you will want to bring some extra supplies with you.

Summary: Two different friends stayed with me - one on each of my visits - both complained that they would not return because the small bedroom’s mattress was uncomfortable - no bed frame - just a worn out mattress sitting on a wood frame on the floor plus the blinds were falling apart and deteriorated. Bed lamp needs larger bulb to read by! We have rescheduled for 2024 in hopes that these problems are corrected! Kitchen pans and some pots need to be replaced. Floor had not been mopped on my second visit apr 13-20 - in some area the floor was actually sticky! Poor rating for cleanliness!
