This modern two-story home with 5 bedrooms in the heart of Miami is built for entertaining. It is the perfect place for a group or family vacation.
The backyard is perfect and built to provide an amazing Miami experience. You will enjoy time spent in the sun by the pool while friends and family gather in the pergola with outdoor kitchen, dining table and TV so you can stream your favorite apps. You can grill a nice BBQ while watching your favorite show or team play and even practice your short game in the putting green and enjoy other outdoor games provided.
Pool is NOT heated. Not that is needed in Miami with temperatures above 90 degrees, but worth mentioning.
TV subscription/plans NOT provided. You need to log in with your personal account/credentials to your favorite apps through Roku TV.
On the inside of the home, there is room for the entire group to relax and unwind. The living room provides ample space for everyone to sprawl out and enjoy your favorite show on the 65" Roku TV. The game room with Pac-Man arcade and foosball table is ideal for a little friendly competition. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials. Nespresso, drip and french press coffee machines are all provided, so you can wake up straight to the coffee bar and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee out by the pool.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom ground level.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed and 55" RokuTV (no subscription provided) allowing you to stream your favorite shows or watch live TV while you wind down. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and an oversized walk in closet to unpack your luggage for a relaxed stay.
The first guest bedroom located upstairs has a queen bed to accommodate up to 2 guests. This room shares a full bathroom with bath tub.
The second guest bedroom located upstairs has a 2 full beds to accommodate up to 4 guests. This room shares a full bathroom with bath tub.
