Our 23' 1976 Avion Travelcader has the warm-honey wood inside and silver outside, nestled on 2.5 private acres in the sparse and wild northern part of Joshua Tree, with almost no light pollution and a zillion stars. 15 minutes to Landers or Joshua Tree village - but feeling a thousand miles from anything. The trailer is small and cozy, with a grill, a hot tub, stocked kitchen, 2 twin beds, good WiFi, a TV, books & games for rainy days, propane fire pit, a hammock, and tables to eat and work at.
Sunfair Heights is rural, wide open, and sparsely populated, which is what drew us out here. There are massive views of the mountains to the east and west and of the park to the south. The night sky out here can't be done justice, you just have to see it. Stunning dramatic sunsets and sunrises, shooting stars, and a sense of peace and quiet that is hard to find.
We live on the 2.5 acres next door, with a fence in between, and while we're available for anything that you need and would love to meet you and answer any questions, we won't bother you unless you call on us. You have a separate driveway and a separate 2.5 acres. We want you to have a really lovely and good time here, so let us know if we can help you with anything!
