Renovated condo with all the amenities. One mile from Sanford Stadium, less than a mile from UGA campus and downtown Athens. Condo comes with tailgate lot for UGA football games or watch the game from the 55” smart TV. Spacious one bedroom condo with queen size bed and full bath with tub, workspace area (high speed internet), dining table and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. The porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails/beers. The gated complex is complete with pool, workout facility and a UGA clubhouse to rent out for special occasions (rental through Stadium Village, I can email information if interested). Smart lock entrance and ring peephole camera provides added security. This little unit has plenty to offer for your stay. Sleeper sofa (full size). The condo sleeps 1-4 people! Uga will be waiting to greet you at the door!
