Summary: My room was great ! However when I checked in I requested a late check out which was accept by the front desk agent who check me in ! The next morning @11 am housekeeping was beating on my door for me to leave ! Mind an hour before I spoke to the manager who was there that morning to confirm the late check and he said it was okay I check out @12 noon instead of 12 after that the front desk agent who was present when I had this conversation with the manager came to my door twice before 12 trying to rush me and my partner out the room ! And I even ask for an extend day and he rudely said no !
