Summary: Friends and I stayed here for 10 days . It had good size bedrooms and share space. It's located 3 min walk from Baron Court and 6 min to South Kensington Station so getting into Central London was easy on the Piccadilly and District line. The flat got good morning light in the living room and upstairs bathroom room. Living room had comfy couches and a TV that we didn't watch. The TV had a firestick attached and spare hdmi slot which can be used for your laptop/tablet/games. There was no local tv programming. Not sure why the don't get a cheap TV antenna so you can watch local weather/news. The kitchen was a smallish galley kitchen but had almost everything you would need. I knew that we would be eating out most nights so size wasn't an issue. Just big enough to make coffee /toast in the morning. Had some essential items already i.e , salt, pepper, oil. My only kitchen complaint was there was N0 coffee grinder or way to make coffee ( No French press, pour over, drip). Seems like an obvious oversight. Hitting one of two pastry shop on the way to the tube was our routine. Now for the quirks. These things are probably just an American vs British thing so take these with a grain of salt. As you enter there is a hall light button you have to push for light up the stairs. Another light button at the entry door to push. These should be auto switches that turn on by motion to avoid fumbling in the dark. A flight of steep narrow windings stairs up to the flat made getting bigger luggage upstairs difficult. Carry-on size was fine. Upper bathroom has a slanted roof line so my 6 ft friend has to lean forward to sit on the toilet. Shower is a open European style but sprays water on the door (delaming). Rainhead shower head has poor pressure even when it's the only thing on. Some peeling paint on ceiling as the is no window or exhaust fan. Main level bathroom was better with a soaking tub and hand spray shower. Could not figure out how to make the shower work as the value is different. Emailed the property manager and he responded quickly on how to turn it on. Stepping into the tub could be harder for kids or anyone with mobility issues. They had a plastic step stool close but on wet tile floor felt slippery. Both tub and shower upstairs had slippery standing surfaces. A rubber shower mat would help. Lastly the bed linen smells a bit moldy but it seems it's common in damp London. Most likely caused by the washer
