Positive: *Proximity to the beach and to the city of Nags Head were a 10 *Parking was generous *Furniture inside and out was nice *Overall Home size Bedrooms,baths and living area was nice *Loved the game room *A/C worked well and the place was stocked nicely with dishes and utensils *Bedding was nice and towels were appreciated

Negative: The general exterior upkeep was at a 6 out of 10 *The 3rd floor outdoor faucet is broke in half and rusted *The exterior wood deck stairs has a crack in the middle of the very top step creating a safety tripping hazard *several wood planks were not secure and rising up and need to be resecured to provide a safe and level walking area for adults and children *the first floor shower head literally fell off- I replaced with the same cheap Lowe’s shower head that was installed at my own expense *there are several nail pops in the deck in level 2 and level 3 making bare foot walking unsafe I flagged one with blue tape *The hand rail walking from level 2-3 is significantly wobbly and unsecured *The third level handrail top cap has a significant nail pop * there are some deck boards not even nailed or screwed to the trusses. * there are several exterior light bulbs out by the pool and one out in/under the car port area *the two exterior screen doors outside the pool area do not open or close properly *The interior vertical door blind in the bedroom outside the pool was in shambles
