Summary:
Location, location, location! Our Ocean Drive home has 5 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10. We have water views (inside and out!), spacious rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a pingpong table, and more! Conveniently located with easy access to downtown, Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, TAMU-CC, and the beach of Padre Island! Sit back and relax; we would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. After entering, you will find two living spaces, two dining rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms with a split floor plan, and two and a half bathrooms.
The first living and dining rooms are to the right of the front door. The large sofa with a chaise lounge, two armchairs, and a dining table + six chairs complete the space.
The second living room opens to the kitchen and second dining area. This living area has two sofas, two chairs, and a 70-inch SmartTV. The fully-equipped kitchen has ample counter space with seating, major appliances, essential cookware, and more! The second dining table provides an additional six seats.
Through the kitchen to the left is a half bath, an entertainment room with a pingpong table, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The washer and dryer are in the garage, just off the ping pong room. There is an arcade machine for use for kids and adults. The arcade machine has been set to free play so no quarters needed!
Off the left side of the second living space is a hallway that takes you to the additional four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of these bedrooms have queen beds. The fourth bedroom on this side of the house is the master; it has a king bed, a small seating area with two chairs, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second full bathroom is shared between all bedrooms and has dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
The fully-fenced backyard includes a patio, a table with chairs, and a grill.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This is located directly across the street from Corpus Christi Bay, close to Palmetto Park.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a dog friendly home, no cats allowed in the property. 2 dogs max. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $150 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
