Hosting three bedrooms, including one double and two twins, along with a shower room and separate cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas fire. New boiler and oven for 2023. 2 x TV (TV in lounge and main bedroom). Outside there is a designated parking space for one car. Clover sits on a quiet caravan park with a children’s play area perfect for a family holiday including swings and slides. Within approx 20-25 miles are Oakwood and Folly Farm Amusement Theme Parks and Manor Wildlife Park. Tenby Aquarium is also easy to reach. Designated parking space for 1 car. Decking. Two dogs welcome, but please do keep them off the furniture, please provide your own dog accessories and bed. Broadhaven is an easy drive with blue flag bathing, surfing, scuba diving, surfing etc plus surf shops etc. Haverford West is only a short drive away with town amenities and facilities, railway station, shops, Wetherspoons etc. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Launderette on site for guests to use at a small charge. On site management office - available every day until 4pm, 7 days a week. Note: Note: Steps leading up to property.
