Includes a full kitchen with large sink, full oven/range, microwave and full refrigerator. All furniture is brand new. Downstairs is the single car garage and utility room with washer and dryer. Located on the north east side of Bend it is 10 minutes from downtown and the Old Mill District. Jump on the parkway 2 minutes away and you can get anywhere in Bend quickly. Mountain lakes and Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort are a 30-20 minute drive.
